1 ripe banana
1/2 green apple, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional, great if using mint-flavored spirulina)
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1/2 cup coconut water (adjust for consistency)
